You will work closely with Marketing, UX, Product, and Engineering teams to transform concepts, user flows, and product requirements into polished, functional interfaces.\nWe are looking for someone who combines strong visual design fundamentals with curiosity and speed. You should enjoy experimenting with new ideas, embracing emerging design technologies, and using AI-powered tools to explore design directions, generate references, rapidly prototype concepts, and iterate faster. As we continue to build AI-enabled products and experiences, you will play an important role in defining how those experiences look, feel, and come to life for our users.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDesign intuitive, visually compelling, and high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile products.\nTranslate UX wireframes, user flows, product requirements, and concepts into polished UI designs and interactive prototypes.\nCreate UI mockups, layouts, components, visual concepts, and prototypes that clearly communicate the intended product experience.\nUse AI-powered tools to generate design references, explore multiple creative directions, rapidly prototype ideas, and accelerate design iterations.\nCollaborate closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to take ideas from concept to production.\nBuild and evolve reusable components, design systems, visual guidelines, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across products.\nApply strong visual design principles across typography, hierarchy, spacing, color, imagery, and interaction states.\nIterate rapidly based on product feedback, user insights, data, and technical considerations.\nStay curious about emerging UI trends, AI tools, design technologies, and interaction patterns, and identify opportunities to incorporate them into our products.\nMaintain high standards of visual quality and consistency across different screen sizes, devices, and digital experiences.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\n5+ years of experience in UI Design, Visual Design, Product Design, or a similar digital product design role.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI work across web and/or mobile products.\nAdvanced proficiency in Figma and experience with modern design, prototyping, and collaboration tools.\nHands-on experience using AI-powered tools for design inspiration, visual exploration, concept generation, and rapid prototyping.\nExperience with tools such as Lovable, Bolt.new, Replit, v0.dev, Magic Patterns, Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar AI-assisted design and prototyping platforms is preferred.\nStrong understanding of typography, color, layout, visual hierarchy, responsive design, and interaction design.\nExperience creating and working with design systems, reusable components, and scalable UI patterns.\nCurious and experimental mindset with a passion for embracing new tools, technologies, and faster ways of designing.\nAbility to rapidly prototype, receive feedback, and iterate without compromising design quality.\nStrong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with UX, Product, and Engineering teams.\nStrong attention to detail, ownership mindset, high integrity, and positive attitude.\nWHY JOIN US?\nHigh-energy team enthusiastic about disrupting a massive industry.\nHighly inclusive and collaborative culture built on mutual respect.\nFocus on core values, initiative, leadership and adaptability.\nStrong emphasis on personal and professional development.\nFlexibility to work remotely.\nTop-notch compensation.\nABOUT WIN:\nWIN is the #1 ranked inspection services company in the United States.
