\n2. 熟练使用Matlab工具进行算法模型构建与仿真调试; \n3. 熟悉C/C++/python等语言，具有较强的编程能力，掌握git等版本管理工具; \n4. 熟悉DSP/ARM处理器的系统架构以及DSP加速器的设计和使用，具有汇编语言基础; \n5. 熟悉音频算法设计与软件实现基础以及算法在不同平台的集成应用; \n6. 优秀的沟通能力与理解能力以及团队合作精神; \n7. 具有英文专业文献阅读能力;
