Reporting to the Director of Environmental Health and Safety, this role will support the collection, tracking, organization, and management of environmental compliance records for multifamily residential properties, with a particular focus on properties built before 1978.\nThis position is ideal for someone with strong data-entry, recordkeeping, and organizational skills who can effectively coordinate with property teams and monitor multiple compliance requirements and deadlines.\nThe pay range for this opportunity is $25.00 - $27.00 per hour. \nResponsibilities\nCommunicate with property managers and site teams to collect environmental reports, supporting documentation, and compliance records.\nPerform accurate data entry and maintain environmental compliance databases and tracking systems.\nCollect, organize, electronically file, and maintain environmental reports and related records.\nTrack report submissions, corrective actions, and compliance deadlines to support timely completion.\nGenerate status reports and compliance-tracking updates for management review.\nMaintain environmental compliance records across the organization in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.\nSupport environmental compliance initiatives for properties throughout the company’s portfolio.\nRequirements\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent.\n1–3 years of relevant work experience.\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Access, and other web-based applications.\nAbility to produce complex documents, perform analysis, and maintain databases.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong organizational, data-entry, and recordkeeping skills.\nAbility to manage competing priorities while maintaining close attention to detail.\nAbility to work collaboratively with property teams, internal departments, and external partners.\nStrong customer-service and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work within established procedures while using judgment to address varied situations. \nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies or a related field.\nPrevious experience supporting environmental compliance, property management, affordable housing, or multifamily housing operations.\nExperience maintaining electronic records, compliance databases, or tracking
