You will also complete other site responsibilities and projects as assigned. \nThis position is located at a federal facility. In accordance with the REAL ID Act, effective May 7, 2025, a REAL ID compliant driver's license/ID is required in order to access the federal facility. \nResponsibilities: \nPaint both the exterior and interior of homes, common areas, and community offices and buildings. \nPerform all painting in accordance with schedule issued by management. \nApply texture to ceilings and walls using an air texture applicator and hopper. \nEnsure proper protection of unpainted surfaces through the use of drop cloths, tarps, tape, masking, and paint shields. \nMaintain a vehicle inventory or paint equipment and supplies. \nMaintain all equipment in as clean and neat a condition as possible. \nAttend trainings, workshops, and meetings as the position requires. \nRequirements: \nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent. \n1-3 years of relevant work experience. \nA current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy. \nKnowledge of surface peculiarities and types of paint and sealants for different applications. \nKnowledge of multiple painting methods, including brushes, rollers, and sprayers. \nAbility to pass a physical examination to ensure respirator health and capacity if working on a property that paints with sprayers. \nAbility to work to deadlines and manage time effectively under pressure. \nAbility to plan, organize and prioritize work. \nBasic knowledge of computers.\nThis position is located at a federal facility.
