We work together to build premium products, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and create an environment where our people can grow, contribute, and succeed.\nPosition Summary\nThe Manager, Manufacturing Engineering leads the team responsible for improving manufacturing processes, production flow, equipment utilization, process capability, safety, quality, and new product launch readiness across Barletta's operations.\nThis role partners closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Product Development, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Production leadership to ensure products are designed and built with manufacturability, craftsmanship, repeatability, and scalability in mind. The position balances hands-on shop floor engagement with strategic leadership, continuous improvement, and team development.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead, coach, and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team while fostering accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.\nImprove manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, layouts, standard work, and production flow.\nSupport new product launches, engineering changes, and production readiness activities.\nPartner with Engineering and Product Development to ensure design for manufacturability and operational excellence.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction.\nDrive root cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing and quality issues.\nManage capital equipment, tooling, automation, and process improvement projects.\nCollaborate across departments to align priorities and support business objectives.\nPromote Barletta Safe principles through risk reduction, ergonomic improvements, and safe manufacturing practices.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.\nProgressive manufacturing engineering or related experience with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.\nStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production systems, tooling, quality systems, and operational metrics.\nExperience supporting new product launches, process improvements, and capital projects.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, standard work, root cause
