stakeholders.\nProvide progress reports on model status and coordination challenges.\n🔹 Process Improvement & BIM Standardization\nDevelop BIM libraries, templates, and workflows for Prefab MEP modelling.\nDrive the adoption of new BIM tools and automation to enhance productivity.\nQualifications & Experience:\n✔ NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related fields.\n✔ BIM software proficiency (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).\n✔ Knowledge of MEP systems is preferred.\n✔ Familiarity with structural and architectural coordination is a plus.\n✔ 2-5 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination, preferably in MEP or Prefab MEP.\n✔ Experience leading a team of BIM Modellers.\n✔ BCSS certification is preferred.\nSkills:\n✅ Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Dalux.\n✅ Strong understanding of prefabrication and modular MEP systems.\n✅ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n✅ Ability to work independently
