requirements.\nAssist with design calculations and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.\nMonitor on-site implementation and verify compliance with design standards.\nLiaise with architects, structural and MEP engineers, suppliers, and contractors to finalize and align technical designs.\nEnsure clear communication and consistency across project teams.\n\nOther Requisites\nDegree in Design and Draughtmanship or any other equivalent qualifications.\nConversant with MS Office Suite.\nAt least 2 years of proven experience in a similar position.\nIn-depth knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software and technical drawing principles.\nStrong understanding of construction processes and material requirements.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.\nAbility to convey technical information clearly and professionally.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve design and construction issues.\nHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.\nKeen attention to detail to ensure accurate technical documentation and reports.\nDriving license.\nExperience in the retail sector will constitute an advantage.\nAbility to work under
