tant que technicien IT niveau 2 vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :\n\nDiagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents à distance ou directement sur site, en assurant leur suivi jusqu’à leur clôture ;\n\nQualifier, prioriser et suivre les demandes dans l’outil de gestion ITSM ;\n\nAccompagner et former les utilisateurs dans l’utilisation de leur environnement informatique ;\n\nAssurer la maintenance hardware du parc informatique et des périphériques ;\n\nInstaller, configurer et déployer les équipements et logiciels bureautiques ;\n\nPréparer et déployer les postes Windows via Microsoft MDT, Microsoft Intune et ManageEngine ;\n\nCréer, maintenir et optimiser les images Windows destinées aux postes de travail ;\n\nAutomatiser et standardiser les déploiements grâce à des scripts PowerShell ;\n\nAssurer la configuration, l’intégration et la mise à jour des applications et paramètres systèmes ;\n\nParticiper à l’évolution des solutions de déploiement et de gestion des postes de travail ;\n\nAdministrer les comptes utilisateurs, groupes et accès dans Active Directory ;\n\nRédiger et maintenir les procédures, documentations techniques et modes opératoires ;\n\nParticiper aux projets informatiques et à l’amélioration continue de l’environnement IT ;\n\nVeiller au respect des normes et procédures de sécurité applicables aux environnements industriels et
