are looking for a Senior RF Engineer to take ownership of the radio communication subsystem across the full development cycle — from RF hardware and antenna design to embedded firmware, system integration, testing, and field validation.\n\nThe role requires strong hands-on experience with RF hardware, wireless communication systems, antennas, and embedded development.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDesign and improve RF circuits, RF front ends, and PCB layouts.\n\nDevelop and integrate antenna solutions for compact mobile platforms.\n\nWork with receiver/transmitter chains, filters, amplifiers, impedance matching, and frequency synthesis.\n\nDevelop embedded firmware for STM32-based radio modules in C.\n\nIntegrate RF transceivers using SPI, UART, and I2C.\n\nDesign and optimize reliable communication links, including link-budget analysis.\n\nWork with modulation, frequency hopping, spread-spectrum techniques, and mesh networking.\n\nIntegrate telemetry communication with flight controllers via MAVLink.\n\nIdentify and mitigate EMI/EMC issues and onboard interference.\n\nImprove communication-link robustness in interference-heavy and contested RF environments.\n\nPerform RF measurements using spectrum analyzers, VNAs, oscilloscopes, and related equipment.\n\nConduct laboratory and field testing and support product validation and certification.\n\nRequirements\n\n5+ years of professional experience in RF / wireless communication systems.\n\nProven full-cycle experience: schematic → PCB → bring-up → testing → field validation.\n\nStrong experience with RF hardware and antenna systems.\n\nStrong knowledge of STM32 and embedded C.\n\nPractical experience with RF measurement equipment.\n\nSolid understanding of digital communication systems and radio-link design.\n\nExperience with real-world hardware products or systems deployed in the field.\n\nAbility to work independently and take technical ownership of the RF subsystem.\n\nEnglish sufficient for technical documentation.\n\nNice to Have\n\nExperience with UAVs, avionics, or other mobile embedded platforms.\n\nExperience with electronic warfare, anti-jamming, or congested RF environments.\n\nKnowledge of LoRa / LPWAN, mesh networks, MAVLink, or SDR.\n\nExperience with RF product
