Als Associate houd je je onder andere bezig met:\nalle dimensies van een brede vastgoedpraktijk, te weten vastgoedtransacties, projectontwikkeling, huurrecht, en aanverwante vastgoed gerelateerde rechtsgebieden;\n\nhet begeleiden van zowel nationale als internationale cliënten bij onderhandelingen en het adviseren over vastgoedtransacties.\n\nRequirements\nDe ideale kandidaat heeft 3-6 jaar relevante werkervaring met de nadruk op vastgoedtransacties en projectontwikkeling. Je vindt het leuk om betrokken te zijn bij de verdere uitbreiding van de nationale en internationale (vastgoed-)praktijk van Winston Taylor.
