This is achieved through premier supply chain services at its seven DCs to provide Winsupply entrepreneurs and their customers the inventory they need, when they need it, from over 200 vendor suppliers.\n The associate position is integral to maintaining efficient warehouse distribution and inventory control. Operating with general instruction from management, the role requires a clear understanding of basic process flows to execute core activities, including but not limited to, accurate product receiving, accurate order selection, and accurate shipping. Key duties involve utilization of Material Handling Equipment- specifically class 1 or 3 trucks, RF scanners, and the ability to operate packaging machinery (banding, stretch wrap, etc.) to expertly prepare products for transportation in and out of the warehouse.\nKey Job Responsibilities\nAbility to work Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm\nReceiving Product: Upon receiving product, unload, crate, prepare for receiving, breakdown, and put-away product.\nShipping Product: When shipping product, pick, crate, prepare for shipping, palletize, and load product.\nAchieve and maintain established productivity and accuracy standards for all assigned tasks.\nAccurately scan all product movement using the Warehouse Management System and/or RF Scanners.\nReport any damaged material, short quantities or discrepancies to management immediately.\nNotify management immediately concerning facility issues and needs.\nReturn all equipment to correct storage areas at the end of each day.\nCount inventory within assigned areas for inventory accuracy. \nUtilize proper lifting techniques and ask for help when necessary.\nAttend all safety training meetings.\nUtilize all proper lifting techniques, and report all work-related injuries to management.\nComply with governmental safety regulations (OSHA and MSDS).\nAdhere to all building safety protocols, and immediately report all safety violations to management.\nAll other duties as assigned.\nCompetencies for Success\nAbility to communicate effectively and show dependability. \nCritical thinking and analytical problem solving.\nFollow proactive safety and compliance standards.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and organize work based on current needs.\n Minimum Qualifications\nAbility to work Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm\nAbility to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug test and background check.\nProficient on at least one piece of MHE (Class I and/or Class III).\nNeeds to have basic math skills in order to quickly and accurately count, multiple and divide.\nMust be able to use a handheld scanning device and navigate through multiple screens.\nPreferred Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or its equivalent.\nOther warehouse experience a plus.\nStrong interpersonal skills, work ethic and attention to detail.\n Physical Demands:\nThe physical demands here are representative of
