the technical side of sales opportunities across the U.S., working closely with Sales, customers, consultants, contractors, and building operations teams.\nThe role combines customer engagement, solution design, building systems knowledge, and commercial thinking, supporting both new construction and existing buildings.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead technical discovery and customer-facing discussions.\nDesign practical water management and leak mitigation solutions based on customer needs, risk, and budget.\nReview MEP, plumbing, and construction drawings and prepare technical markups and system layouts.\nConduct site surveys and technical assessments.\nDeliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and support technical evaluations, RFPs/RFIs, and pilot projects.\nWork closely with developers, owners, GCs, MEP consultants, contractors, and facility teams.\nSupport technical handover and deployment readiness.\nProvide field insights to Product and R&D and support partners and integrators when required.\nQualifications\nUp to 3 years of experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, MEP engineering, building systems, construction technology, project engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.\nStrong understanding of building infrastructure and mechanical/plumbing systems.\nAbility to read and interpret MEP, plumbing, and construction drawings.\nStrong customer-facing, presentation, and communication skills.\nStrong practical problem-solving and solution design capabilities.\nAbility to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.\nWillingness and ability to travel approximately 15% within the U.S.\nPreferred\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Building Systems, Construction Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience with plumbing, water systems, HVAC, IoT, smart buildings, building automation, or construction technology.\nExperience working with building owners, developers, GCs, MEP contractors, or consulting engineers.\nFamiliarity with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools.\nLocation: East Coast-Remote\nPreferably NY, NJ areas\nReporting To: Department
