You'll meet in person with the US Operations and Delivery Manager weekly or biweekly for project reviews, planning, and hands-on mentorship, on campus or at a convenient nearby workspace. You'll also join occasional local project and site visits to see installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting firsthand in commercial buildings. \nCandidates must be located in Greater Pittsburgh, PA or Greater Austin, TX.\nWhat You'll Do:\nProject delivery: Support end-to-end delivery of WINT systems on enterprise construction projects and operating buildings, from kickoff through installation, commissioning, and technical sign-off, applying engineering and building-systems knowledge along the way.\nField operations: Join local site visits and support remote field work to see how plumbing, electrical, and IoT systems come together in real buildings.\nStakeholder coordination: Align timelines and expectations with project executives, engineers, general contractors, construction PMs, and installers so systems go live on schedule.\nInstallation reviews: Review installations with engineers, plumbers, electricians, and other trades, using drawings, photos, and site data to confirm installs meet WINT standards.\nTroubleshooting: Help diagnose system issues, including connectivity, hardware, and installation errors, and drive corrective actions to closure.\nField dispatch: Schedule and coordinate our nationwide network of field technicians for commissioning and service visits. \nProject financials: Track budgets, purchase orders, subcontractor invoices, and change orders.\nData and reporting: Keep project records, documentation, and status current in our project management and CRM tools.\nProcess improvement: Identify gaps and help build templates, checklists, and workflows that scale with our growth.\nWhat You'll Learn: How MEP and plumbing systems work in large commercial buildings.\n Hands-on installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of smart-building systems.\n Real-world construction project management: schedules, submittals, trade coordination, and closeout.\n IoT and smart-water technology, from installation through data. \n How to manage a subcontractor and field-technician network across the country.\n What it's like to work in a global company with teams across multiple countries.\nRequired Qualifications: Currently enrolled in Mechanical, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, Building Systems, or a related program (non-engineering majors welcome).\nAble to commit to 80-100 hours per month (about 3 days a week) during the semester, including some weekday business hours.\nLocated in Greater Pittsburgh, PA or Greater Austin, TX, and able to attend in-person meetings and occasional local site visits.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach. \nOrganized and detail-oriented, able to keep several projects moving at once.\nClear written and verbal communication with customers, field teams, and international colleagues.\nComfortable learning to read construction and engineering drawings.\nCuriosity about building systems, construction, and smart-building technology, and a strong willingness to learn.\nNice to Have:Exposure to construction, MEP, plumbing, HVAC, or building systems.\nExperience with Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce, or project management tools.\nPrevious internship, engineering project, student organization, or other hands-on project experience.\n Compensation
