You can read more here.\nWorking at Wintermute\nWintermute seeks an experienced C++ Developer for its growing options team, one of the biggest electronic trading desks in the crypto options market. In this role, you will directly collaborate with our traders, focusing on the development of scalable, high-performance options trading systems. You will engage with the full options stack, expanding the business across centralized finance, decentralized finance, and OTC. The ideal candidate is able to solve difficult problems and thrives in a fast-paced environment.\nResponsibilities:\nSystem Architecture: Design and implement scalable, low-latency options trading systems and strategies.\n\nPerformance Optimization: Continuously optimize and monitor the performance of the trading system, ensuring fast execution.\n\nTesting: Contribute to the development of unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability and stability of the trading system.\n\nHard Skills requirements:\nStrong proficiency in C++ programming and software development best practices.\n\nExperience in developing trading platforms, preferably from a HFT environment.\n\nKnowledge of options or crypto would be an advantage.\n\nFamiliarity with market data feeds, order execution protocols and connectivity to exchanges.\n\nSolid understanding of multi-threading, concurrency and low latency programming.\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nBachelor’s or
