Read more here.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our NODE platform, enabling seamless crypto trading experiences for institutional counterparties. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that will have direct impact. You will work closely with engineers, designers, core developers, and stakeholders across the business to define, build, and ship a secure, scalable, and high-performance trading platform.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn the product lifecycle of our Single Dealer Platform.\n\nTranslate business needs into detailed product requirements and technical specifications.\n\nManage the engineering team’s roadmap, sprints, and deliverables using Agile methodologies.\n\nCollaborate with developers, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with best practices.\n\nEnsure integration with market data feeds and execution systems using FIX protocol.\n\nContribute to architectural discussions and design reviews.\n\nUphold cybersecurity standards in coordination with security consultants.\n\nLeverage AWS infrastructure for deploying, monitoring, and scaling platform components.\n\nUse Python scripts for automation, prototyping, and light data analysis when needed.\n\nTrack KPIs and gather user feedback to iterate and improve product functionality and performance.\n\nMaintain a focus on system latency, ensuring low-latency execution pathways and minimizing delays across the platform.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience in a technical Product Manager role, ideally in fintech, crypto, or capital markets.\n\nStrong technical background - able to engage deeply with engineers on system design and infrastructure.\n\nFamiliarity with cybersecurity principles, identity/access management, and secure APIs.\n\nExperience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch).\n\nProficiency in Python scripting for basic automation or data parsing tasks.\n\nAwareness of latency-critical systems and the ability to make trade-offs between speed, scalability, and reliability.\n\nExperience managing full-stack product development with a focus on scalability and performance.\n\nExcellent communication and documentation skills, especially when bridging technical and business perspectives.\n\nNice to have:\nSolid understanding and hands-on experience with the FIX protocol and electronic trading systems.\n\nPrior experience in building trading platforms or single dealer platforms.\n\nWorking knowledge of public and private networking concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, VPCs, subnets, and routing in cloud and hybrid environments.\n\nKnowledge of crypto markets, blockchain infrastructure, and DeFi protocols.\n\nCertifications in AWS or cybersecurity are a plus.\n\nHere is why you
