Headquartered in Dublin, we deliver projects across Europe and have become the most trusted name in our sector.\nWe are now seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager (Arch) to join our team on a major Data Centre project, near Helsinki, Finland. Reporting to the CSA Lead, this role will be responsible for managing a team of Package Managers, Engineers and Construction Managers in delivering the Architectural (CSA) Fitout packages - including internal architectural finishes, raised floors, partitions, doors, ceilings, clean rooms, and specialist fitout elements - ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.\nResponsibilities\nManage overall fitout project cost, schedule, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.\nLead and oversee all CSA Fitout work packages, including architectural finishes, raised floors, partitions, doors, ceilings, and internal systems.\nCoordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.\nAnalyse, track, and manage critical milestone activities to prevent schedule delays and ensure smooth handover.\nReview and evaluate construction proposals, pricing, and scopes of work for all fitout packages.\nLead and facilitate client meetings and other project coordination sessions.\nMonitor and report on factors influencing construction costs, preparing detailed cost and progress reports.\nApply knowledge of construction procurement methods and manage long-lead materials and fitout equipment deliveries.\nReview, validate, and audit cost estimates and budgets provided by subcontractors and internal project teams.\nSupport engineering and design coordination to ensure fitout activities integrate seamlessly with MEP and commissioning phases.\nTrack and ensure timely delivery and installation of fitout materials, fixtures, and finishes.\nOversee quality control and ensure all finishes meet Winthrop and client standards.\nCoordinate and oversee scheduling consultant reviews and programme integration for fitout activities.\nReview and approve invoices, payment applications, and retention payments.\nOversee project handover and close-out, ensuring completion of all documentation, warranties, and client deliverables.\nRequirements\nDegree in Construction Management, or Engineering, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 10 years’ experience in main contracting environment.\nProven experience delivering fitout/Architectural works on large-scale projects, ideally within the Data Centre or high-tech industrial sectors.\nStrong technical understanding of architectural finishes, fitouts, and high-spec internal works.\nExcellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.\nStrong understanding of project scheduling, sequencing, and cost control for fast-track environments.\nProficient in MS Word, Excel, and other relevant project management tools.\nAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate between CSA, MEP, and commissioning teams.\nCommercially astute, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nCommitted to delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.\nBenefits\nOpportunity to work for a market leader in the Data centre industry \nWorking on large scale data centre projects \nCollaborative team working environments \nCareer progression and development supported \nCompetitive salary packages \n Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is an equal opportunities employer","description_format":"text","description_chars":3645,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-10T21:12:07Z"}],"liveness":{"score":23,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.63,"p_room":0.36,"age_days":136,"expected_fill_days":70,"reasons":["conf:5","win:tail","crowd:brand"],"computed_at":"2026-10-01T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/winthrop-architectural-lead-2","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/winthrop-architectural-lead-2.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-02T00:31:44Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":465,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":4535,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-03T00:00:00Z"}}}
