This role is vital to supporting the smooth operation of a fast-paced construction site environment, ensuring the effective management and control of all project documentation in accordance with company standards.\nRequirements\nEnsure all project documentation adheres to company standards and the Integrated Management System (IMS). \nDistribute and track documents to ensure that all relevant stakeholders receive and have access to the latest versions of project documentation (including drawings, schedules, specifications, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and reports). \nMaintain and update project registers such as the document register, RFI register, action log, and issue log. \nAnalyse and summarise data from various project logs, highlighting outstanding actions or overdue items. \nGenerate regular reports to support project tracking, including document status updates and overdue reports. \nEnsure accurate storage and version control of documents in compliance with project document control procedures. \nLiaise with external consultants and contractors to ensure their documentation complies with project standards. \nSupport Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Health & Safety (HSE) initiatives by assisting with audits and ensuring document-related compliance. \nSkills/Qualifications:\nMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar site-based role \nHigh level of verbal and written English is essential \nExcellent organisation and interpersonal skills \nHigh level of IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite \nExperience of knowledge sharing
