This role will be responsible for leading Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) activities on site, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and promoting a strong safety culture across the project.\nRequirements\nLead and manage all Environmental, Health & Safety activities across the project lifecycle\nDevelop, implement, and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and systems in line with company and legal requirements\nPromote a strong safety culture and ensure high standards of health & safety are maintained on site\nConduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards\nCoordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on EHS practices\nMonitor subcontractor compliance with health & safety requirements and standards\nEnsure all safety documentation, including method statements and risk assessments (RAMS), are reviewed and approved\nLead incident investigations, reporting, and implementation of corrective actions\nDeliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions to site personnel\nMaintain accurate records of incidents, audits, and safety performance metrics\nAttend Site Meetings, Safety Meetings, and Project Reviews\nPrepare and issue EHS reports to senior management and stakeholders\nEnsure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability requirements\nProactively identify and resolve EHS issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives\nSkills & Qualifications\nDegree or diploma in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, or similar discipline\nMinimum 7-10 years’ experience in an EHS role within construction or engineering\nStrong knowledge of health & safety legislation, standards, and best practices\nExperience managing EHS on large-scale construction projects\nExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\nRelevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent) are essential\nAbility to influence and drive a positive safety culture across all levels of the organisation\nData centre,
