required to be carried out during the project.\nResponsibilities\nDeveloping a detailed construction plan, including scheduling and resource allocation\nCoordinating the acquisition of equipment, ensuring they meet the project's specifications and quality standards.\nManaging the contractors by overseeing their work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing subcontractors when necessary.\nImplementing quality control measures to ensure that the installation of equipment items meets the required standards and specifications.\nMonitoring project costs and ensuring that the project stays within budget, including tracking equipment items.\nOverseeing project timelines and making sure that installation work is completed on time to avoid delays.\nIdentifying and addressing potential risks and issues that could affect the construction project.\nFacilitating effective communication between the client, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding project progress.\nMaintaining thorough records of project activities, materials, and any changes or modifications to the project plan.\nEnsuring that the construction project adheres to all relevant building codes, permits, and legal requirements.\nRequirements\n· Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering\n· 8+ years experience in a similar role, within an M&E contractor is essential\n· Previous management of large site teams essential\n· Data Centre experience is advantageous\n· Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills\n· Proficiency in the use
