This role will be responsible for managing key Electrical work packages, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\nRequirements\nManage and coordinate Electrical work packages across the project lifecycle\nOversee day-to-day electrical site operations in conjunction with the wider project team\nManage site QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards\nCoordinate project schedules with Planners, Project Managers, subcontractors, consultants, and design teams\nManage electrical subcontractor activities, including progress tracking, manpower levels, and weekly coordination meetings\nEnsure all subcontractor documentation, including safety documentation, is maintained and up to date\nAttend Site Meetings, Engineering Reviews, Planning Meetings, and Handover Meetings\nLiaise with the design team to ensure construction information and technical submittals are issued in line with programme requirements\nReview drawings, technical submittals, and ensure electrical systems are coordinated correctly\nSupport commercial management by tracking variations and attending weekly commercial meetings\nIssue progress reports to the project team\nCarry out, distribute, and close out electrical snagging items\nProactively identify and resolve technical, design, and coordination issues on site\nSkills & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or similar discipline\nMinimum 7 years’ experience within the electrical construction sector\nStrong background managing Electrical packages on large-scale construction projects\nExperience in scheduling, sequencing, and programme management\nExcellent organisational, communication, and coordination skills\nStrong technical understanding of electrical systems, installation methodologies, and site operations\nProven ability to manage subcontractors and drive project delivery\nData
