Supervisor to join our team in Bertonico, Italy\nResponsibilities:\nLiaise and co-ordinate site activities alongside other trades.\nCarry out weekly reports and issue to line manager.\nCarry out weekly toolbox talks.\nPrepare two weeks look ahead for upcoming works.\nAttending daily/weekly meetings.\nManage Labour requirements are in line as per project program requirements.\nMaintain Quality of the works to a high level.\nEnsure Sub Contractors are working as efficiently as possible.\nNotify line manager of all variations and delays.\nEnsure all plant materials onsite are as per agreed specifications.\nCoordinate and store all delivered materials in a safe and secure manner.\nReview all Sub Contractors Plant and access equipment is certified and in good working condition.\nEnsuring that all matters of compliance and governance are identified and adhered to, including:\nHealth & Safety issues on site and ensuring that all Sub Contractors are working in a safe manner.\nReview ways of working and where possible implement changes to improve safety.\nEnsuring housekeeping is kept to a high standard by all Sub Contactors.\nComplete weekly ‘don’t walk by’ cards.\nRequirements\nSkills, qualification & experience\nRelevant electrical trade certificate \nPrevious experience in a similar role, within a mechanical and electrical contracting environment is essential\nData Centre experience is advantageous \nExcellent organisational, communication and time management skills\nProficiency in the use of MS Word & Excel is
