Headquartered in Dublin, we deliver projects across Europe and have become the most trusted name in our sector.\nWe are seeking an experienced Integration Supervisor to join our team on a large-scale data centre project in Sines, Portugal. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and integration of all MEP and architectural services within the project, ensuring seamless interface management across disciplines. This includes supervising installation works, monitoring progress against schedule, maintaining quality and safety standards, and supporting commissioning and handover activities to ensure successful project delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate and liaise with other trades to ensure smooth integration of site activities. \n Prepare and issue weekly progress reports to the line manager. \n Conduct weekly toolbox talks and safety briefings. \n Develop and maintain a two-week lookahead schedule for upcoming works. \n Attend daily DAB meetings and provide updates on progress and issues. \n Ensure labour resources are maintained in line with project programme requirements. \n Maintain a high standard of workmanship and quality across all activities. \n Manage subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards. \n Report all variations, delays, and potential risks to the line manager promptly. \n Oversee plant and material management to ensure compliance with project specifications. \n Coordinate material deliveries, ensuring safe handling, storage, and site logistics. \n Verify that all subcontractor plant and access equipment are certified, safe, and in good working order. \n Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements. \n Promote safe work practices and identify opportunities to improve site safety. \n Maintain high housekeeping standards across all work areas. \n Complete and submit weekly “Don’t Walk By” safety cards.\nRequirements\nRelevant third-level qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (essential). \n Proven experience in a similar role within an M&E contracting environment (essential). \n Telecoms experience is required. \n Previous Data Centre project experience is an advantage but not essential. \n Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills. \n Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and
