electrical services as well as commissioning.\nWe are pleased to announce that we have a vacancy for a Mechanical Supervisor to join our on-site team in Sines, Portugal.\nResponsibilities\nTaking a lead role in promoting safe working practices across all trades on site\nLeading weekly toolbox talks and keeping safety a daily focus on site\nCarrying out regular safety inspections, audits and walkdowns, and closing out any actions\nManaging and walking down QA of mechanical works to confirm installations meet drawings, specs and standards\nCompleting inspections, snagging works and signing off QA documentation\nPreparing weekly progress reports that clearly set out progress and any issues\nCoordinating mechanical works with other trades to avoid clashes and delays\nProducing two-week lookahead programmes for upcoming activities\nManaging labour levels in line with the programme\nMaintaining high quality standards across all mechanical installations\nMonitoring subcontractor performance and addressing issues early\nFlagging variations, delays or risks to your line manager as they arise\nChecking that plant and materials meet project specifications\nEnsuring materials are stored safely and securely on site\nConfirming all subcontractor plant and access equipment is certified and fit for use\nRequirements\n5+ years’ experience as a Mechanical Supervisor.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.\nAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with contractors and stakeholders.\nSolid knowledge of mechanical systems, ideally
