The Project Lead will be responsible for the overall management and successful delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and technical expertise, with an emphasis on effective communication and stakeholder coordination.\nDuties:\nManage overall project cost, schedule, and budget from inception through to completion.\nOversee and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure seamless execution of project activities.\nAnalyse, track, and manage critical milestone activities to prevent schedule delays and ensure timely delivery.\nReview and evaluate construction proposals, pricing, and scopes of work.\nLead and facilitate client meetings and other required project coordination meetings.\nMonitor and report on factors that influence construction costs, preparing data-driven insights and recommendations.\nDemonstrate knowledge of construction procurement methods and manage long-lead equipment delivery schedules.\nReview, validate, and audit cost estimates prepared by subcontractors and other project stakeholders.\nSupport engineering and design decisions related to cost and budget during design-build changes.\nTrack and verify equipment availability in line with the project schedule.\nCoordinate and oversee scheduling consultant reviews and ensure integration with project controls.\nReview and approve invoices, payment applications, and retention payments.\nManage the handover process to the client, including close-out documentation, warranties, and final deliverables.\nRequirements\nMinimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role. \nStrong organisational, communication, and time management skills.\nProficient in MS Word, Excel, and other relevant project management tools.\nProven ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and coordinate multidisciplinary project activities.\nCommercially astute, with a strong understanding of project financial management and cost control.\nCapable of working under pressure to meet demanding schedules while maintaining the
