This role will be responsible for supporting the commercial management of projects, ensuring costs are controlled, value is maximised, and financial delivery is achieved in line with project objectives.\nRequirements\nSupport the management of commercial and contractual aspects across the project lifecycle\nAssist in the preparation and management of project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports\nSupport the procurement process, including subcontractor tendering, evaluation, and contract administration\nManage subcontractor accounts, including valuations, variations, and final accounts\nMonitor project costs and identify risks and opportunities to support financial control\nCollaborate with Project Managers, Package Managers, and site teams on cost management\nEnsure all commercial and contractual documentation is maintained and up to date\nAttend Commercial Meetings, Site Meetings, and Project Reviews\nAssist in evaluating and processing change orders and variations in line with contract requirements\nPrepare interim valuations, applications for payment, and assist with final accounts\nProvide commercial support and advice to the project team\nEnsure compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and company procedures\nAssist in the preparation of financial reports for senior management\nIdentify and support the resolution of commercial and contractual issues\nSkills & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar discipline\nMinimum 3-5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction\nExperience supporting the commercial aspects of construction projects\nGood understanding of cost control, procurement, and contract administration\nStrong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills\nGood organisational and communication skills\nAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary project team\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple
