Headquartered in Dublin, we deliver projects across Europe and have become the most trusted name in our sector.\nDue to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Regional EHS Manager to support our expanding operations across Europe. This position can be based in a major European city and will involve regular travel to project sites throughout the region.\nResponsibilities:\nEnsure compliance with the Winthrop Safety Management System across multiple projects.\nMonitor adherence to all applicable Environmental, Health & Safety legislation and statutory requirements.\nEnsure compliance with PSCS Environmental, Health & Safety Plans. \nCoordinate task-specific Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and Permit-to-Work procedures.\nSupport project teams in delivering works in line with project execution plans.\nEnsure safety observations and interventions are completed, recorded and actioned. \nConduct regular site audits and inspections, documenting findings and managing corrective actions through to closure.\nMaintain statutory inspection registers and ensure all plant, equipment and tools comply with regulatory requirements.\nPromote a proactive safety culture across all projects and business functions. \nEnsure subcontractors comply with project and company EHS policies, procedures and standards.\nEnsure adequate PPE and welfare provisions are available and maintained on site. \nDeliver toolbox talks, training initiatives and safety awareness programmes. \nLead or support accident and incident investigations, ensuring timely reporting and communication to project stakeholders. \nEnsure welfare, hygiene and environmental controls are maintained to the highest standard.\nMaintain Safety File documentation and ensure records remain current throughout the project lifecycle.\nAttend daily coordination meetings and activity briefings. \nMonitor waste management, recycling and environmental sustainability initiatives in line with project requirements.\nRequirements\nRelevant third-level qualification in Environmental, Health & Safety or a NEBOSH qualification is essential.\nMinimum of 7 years' experience managing EHS on large-scale construction projects.\nPrevious experience within data centre construction is highly desirable.\nStrong knowledge of current Environmental, Health & Safety legislation and industry best practice.\nProven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.\nExcellent communication, reporting and IT skills.\nExperience managing EHS reporting systems and
