This role serves as a key liaison between Investments, Client Service, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, Technology, and external data providers to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of performance reporting and client-facing data. The Director will lead all aspects of GIPS compliance, performance measurement, attribution analysis, composite maintenance, database management, RFP/DDQ support, and data governance while driving continuous process improvement and operational scalability.\nWhat you’ll do:\nAccountable for the firm's performance measurement, attribution, data and reporting functions.\nLead the firm’s GIPS compliance program, including annual verification support, policy maintenance, interpretation of GIPS requirements, and ongoing compliance monitoring, while escalating matters and recommendations to the GIPS Committee for review and final determination.\nManage composite construction, maintenance, monitoring, and review processes.\nEnsure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of portfolio, benchmark, and performance data across all systems.\nDirect daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance monitoring and validation activities.\nOversee data governance frameworks, controls, and quality assurance processes.\nManage investment performance databases and relationships with third-party vendors and data providers, including Bloomberg, FactSet, Morningstar, eVestment, and other relevant sources\nProvide performance and portfolio data support for marketing collateral, RFPs, DDQs, consultant databases, and client reporting.\nPartner with investment, sales/distribution, and product teams to analyze and explain performance drivers through attribution and risk analysis.\nSupport investment, product, and sales teams by providing investment analytics, portfolio characteristics, risk metrics, peer analysis, and other data-driven insights.\nDevelop and maintain policies, procedures, and controls related to performance measurement and reporting.\nLead root-cause analysis and resolution of performance, benchmark, and data discrepancies.\nEnsure consistency of investment statistics and performance information across all internal and external communications.\nSupport new product launches, strategy development, and onboarding of new mandates into performance systems.\nChair the GIPS Committee\nPartner with relevant internal teams to identify and lead initiatives to implement automation and technology enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and control environments.\nServe as a subject matter expert for performance measurement, data governance, and industry best practices.\nQualifications:\n10+ years of experience in Asset Management, performance measurement, attribution analysis, data integrity/validity and GIPS\nBachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field required.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, SS&C Advent or similar applications preferred.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nExceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.\nStrong time management skills - able to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables in a deadline-driven environment.\nClient-first mindset with a professional and courteous demeanor.\nCollaborative team player who can also take initiative and work independently.\nBenefits:\nMedical Insurance\nDental\nVision\nLife insurance\nAccidental death and dismemberment\nShort-term and long term Disability Insurance\nParental Leave\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nTraditional and Roth 401(k) with company match\nFlexible Spending Account (FSA)\nEmployee Stock Purchase Plan at 5% discount\nCritical Illness Insurance\nAccident Insurance\nTransportation and Commuting Benefits\nBanking Benefits\nPet Insurance\nCompensation:\nThe estimated salary range for this role is $117,000 - $158,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
