The Audit Senior Manager will assist Audit senior leadership in meeting the strategic objectives, mission, and vision of the Company’s value-add focused internal audit function through oversight of the completion of audit engagements and assisting in the development and execution of the internal audit plan related primarily to corporate accounting and finance activities. The position promotes a collaborative environment and is responsible for the coaching and development of direct reports and other staff.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDevelop the annual IT/IS audit plan, including the annual risk assessment, in collaboration with Internal Audit senior leadership.\n\nManage a portfolio of assigned audits and related activities, including staffing, scheduling, and coordination with client to ensure the timely completion of the plan. Develop audit programs and testing procedures relevant to risk and test objectives.\n\nManage and monitor the progress of the audit engagement, prioritize the workload of the audit team, and identify escalate to manager any necessary changes to the audit as the engagement progresses.\n\nEnsure audit engagement quality, including adherence to International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (IIA Standards) and Internal Audit Department policies and standards.\n\nDraft complete audit reports that clearly and concisely describe issues identified with minimal oversight and present findings of audit work during quarter to local bank Audit Committees.\n\nMaintain an awareness of organizational, procedural, and technological changes that have occurred or will occur within the audit entity under review.\n\nAssists in training and developing junior audit team members, including ongoing coaching and feedback to direct reports.\n\nQualifications\nMinimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Information Technology, Information Security, Operations and Information Management, Business Administration or related field of study.\n\nMinimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant audit experience in public accounting and/or internal auditing.\n\nApplied knowledge of audit methodologies, risk-based auditing techniques; IIA’s Global IA Standards, Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, etc.\n\nOne relevant certification (CPA, CIA, CISA).\n\nExperience utilizing computer-assisted audit tools and techniques (e.g. ACL, IDEA, etc.) and internal audit management software (TeamMate) desired.\n\nBenefits\nMedical Insurance\nDental\nVision\nLife insurance\nAccidental death and dismemberment\nShort-term and long-term Disability Insurance\nParental Leave\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nTraditional and Roth 401(k) with company match\nFlexible Spending Account (FSA)\nEmployee Stock Purchase Plan at 5% discount\nCritical Illness Insurance\nAccident Insurance\nTransportation and Commuting Benefits\nBanking Benefits\nPet Insurance\nCompensation\nThe estimated salary range for this role is $141,000.00 - $190,000.00, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
