This position will be responsible for working on the daily management of several payment instant payment products, such as Real Time Payments, FedNow and Zelle. The Senior Associate Product Owner will also contribute, and sometimes lead, cross-functional teams to enhance product capabilities, improve client experience, ensure successful delivery of enhancements. Additionally, the Senior Associate Product Owner will build knowledge of the instant payment products and network rules to ensure compliance.\nWhat you’ll do:\nCreate, design and monitor key performance metrics on a regular schedule to help drive key business results. Maintain competitive information on products to identify gaps and opportunities. Ensure product documentation and product pages are up to date. \nServe as the key point of contact for external and internal partners related to product support.
