This role works closely with the Senior DLP Engineer and Insider Risk team to protect sensitive information, improve detection accuracy, support investigations, and enhance the organization's overall data protection capabilities.\nWhat You’ll Do\nImplement and maintain DLP policies across Microsoft Purview, Proofpoint, CrowdStrike, email, endpoint, cloud, and collaboration platforms\nConfigure and tune DLP detections using sensitive information types, dictionaries, classifiers, regex, EDMs, IDMs, and contextual conditions\nPerform policy testing, validation, deployment, and change management activities\nReview and analyze DLP alerts to identify potential policy violations, data exposure events, and insider risk indicators\nSupport Insider Risk investigations by providing technical analysis related to data movement, exfiltration attempts, and policy violations\nDevelop scripts and automation to improve DLP administration, reporting, and operational efficiency\nSupport integration efforts between DLP tools and security platforms such as ServiceNow, SIEM, and case management systems\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 3+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, compliance technology, or IT Infrastructure\n3+ years of hands-on experience supporting DLP, data protection, information protection, insider risk, or security monitoring technologies\nExperience administering one or more of the following preferred:Microsoft Purview DLP\nProofpoint DLP\nCrowdStrike Data Protection/Insider Risk capabilities\n\nExperience supporting data classification, data labeling, or information governance initiatives preferred\nExperience operating within a financial services, healthcare, or other highly regulated environment\nBenefits\nMedical Insurance\nDental\nVision\nLife insurance\nAccidental death and dismemberment\nShort-term and long-term Disability Insurance\nParental Leave\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nTraditional and Roth 401(k) with company match\nFlexible Spending Account (FSA)\nEmployee Stock Purchase Plan at 5% discount\nCritical Illness Insurance\nAccident Insurance\nTransportation and Commuting Benefits\nBanking Benefits\nPet Insurance\nCompensation\nThe estimated salary range for this role is $117,000.00 - $158,000.00, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
