This role conducts needs analyses, designs learning experiences, consults on organizational change, and shapes talent development initiatives or programs. The consultant partners closely with stakeholders to ensure learning solutions drive measurable business impact.\nStrategic Partnership & Consulting- Conducts in-depth needs analysis across business lines to determine training requirements and learning solutions\nLearning Experience Design & Development- Utilizes L&D best practices to design engaging and dynamic talent development programs across the organization\nProject and/or Program Leadership- Leads the design, implementation, and execution of talent development programs\nFacilitation & Coaching - Facilitates learning programs across business lines and provides coaching to more junior team members within their pod\nQualifications:\n3-5 years of Talent Learning and Development, HR, and Talent Management experience.\nExperience facilitating learning and development programs.\nStrong understanding of adult learning principles such as ADDIE or SAM\nExperience designing talent development programs from intake to completion \nExcellent Communication and Presentation Skills.\nExperience developing and mentoring junior colleagues\nExperience with learning tools such as Articulate 360, Docebo, Vyond, Arist.\nBachelor’s degree\nAdvanced Computer Skills including Microsoft Suite\nBenefits:\nMedical Insurance\nDental\nVision\nLife insurance\nAccidental death and dismemberment\nShort-term and long-term Disability Insurance\nParental Leave\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nTraditional and Roth 401(k) with company match\nFlexible Spending Account (FSA)\nEmployee Stock Purchase Plan at 5% discount\nCritical Illness Insurance\nAccident Insurance\nTransportation and Commuting Benefits\nBanking Benefits\nPet Insurance\nCompensation:\nThe estimated annual salary range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
