Roles and Responsibilities\nEnter and process client accounting transactions in the appropriate accounting software on a regular and timely basis and analyze the impact of these transactions on the books of accounts.\nMonitor workflow in Bill.com for assigned clients on a regular basis to ensure all transactions are processed in a timely manner.\nPerform compilation procedures in accordance with firm and professional standards as directed by engagement leaders.\nDevelop technical competencies with US GAAP and various accounting software systems and other applications used to provide the Client Advisory services.\nRespond to client and India and US firm associate requests in a timely, accurate, positive and professional manner.\nCommunicate proactively with other firm associates and clients regarding open items or other important matters in a timely manner.\nAdhere to prescribed budgets and deadlines. Additional Responsibilities\nPrepare correspondence related to client engagements as appropriate.\nParticipate in core CPE programs.\nDevelop a familiarity with Wipfli service offerings with the intent of applying that knowledge towards identifying additional client opportunities.\nWorking on Non-Profit/Tribal, Gaming domain is good to have\nActively participate in community activities to develop positive relationships with community leaders and members. Qualification, Skills, Experience and Competencies Required\nAn associate degree in accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nRequires a minimum of 2 years of prior bookkeeping/accounting experience.\nProficient in monthly bookkeeping and month-end reconciliation processes, including bank, credit card, fixed assets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger and other assets and liabilities.\nExperienced in vendor reconciliation.\nFamiliar with grant accounting & experience with Intacct is beneficial but not mandatory.\nPrior experience in Intacct, Bill.com, Expensify and QuickBooks Online are highly desirable.\nBill.com certification and QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification are preferred but not required at the time of interview and hire (will be required to obtain certification after starting).\nExperience in preparation of financial statements is not required, but nice to have.\nActive and proactive communicator and a great
