The role works collaboratively with internal leaders and external stakeholders to support successful deal execution.\nResponsibilities\nResponsibilities:\nLead financial modeling, valuation, and business and financial due diligence activities.\nPrepare deal theses, diligence packs, approval materials, executive level presentations, and other materials that drive successful deal execution.\nContribute to transaction recommendations, deal structures, and key considerations to executive leadership and the Board.\nCollaborate with internal leaders across Industry, Practice, and functional teams to evaluate potential investment opportunities.\nAssist in communicating deal structure, economics, and strategic rationale to prospective acquisition targets.\nCoordinate deal progression from discovery through execution of definitive agreements.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree required, with 3-5 years of experience in M&A, financial modeling, and due diligence.\nProven ability to lead complex, cross functional initiatives.\nStrong presentation and communication skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.\nExperience managing virtual data rooms.\nStrong ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet time sensitive deadlines.\nClear, concise verbal and written communication skills with strong process orientation and high attention to detail.\nAdvanced financial and analytical capabilities.\nHigh level of comfort presenting to executive leadership teams and Boards.\nDemonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion.\nAmanda Feltner, from our recruiting team, will be guiding you through this process. The estimated base pay range for this role is $80,000 to $108,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases.
