This role partners closely with service leaders, consultants, and client leadership to ensure projects and programs are delivered on time, within budget, and with appropriate governance, while navigating ambiguity, evolving scope, and imperfect data.\nWork Location\nThis role is open to remote candidates. Due to the geographic distribution of our team and client base, we are primarily focused on candidates located within the Central or Eastern time zones. Candidates should be comfortable working primarily within these time zones to support collaboration with team members and clients. Occasional travel is required (approximately 15%), primarily within the Midwest and East Coast regions.\nResponsibilities\nResponsibilities:\nProject & Engagement Leadership\nLead large, complex projects and portfolios with multiple workstreams, actively managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and interdependencies \nOwn budget-to-actual performance, including forecasting, reconciliation, burn analysis, ETC, utilization, and margin impact \nTranslate delivery risk into financial, operational, and audit-relevant language; facilitate and lead executive steering committees and governance forums \nDefine, implement, and enforce stage gates, delivery standards, and governance models across engagements\nDelivery Enablement\nUse delivery data and operational metrics (burn, ETC, utilization, risk heatmaps) to drive informed decision-making \nDevelop and enhance delivery methodologies, templates, and best practices to improve consistency and scalability \nBuild executive-ready dashboards and narratives from incomplete or evolving data; present program status, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders\nTools, Data, and Process Optimization\nCreate and maintain project and program toolkits to enable time, budget, and risk management. \nLead or support the implementation and optimization of PSA / PPM tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Mavenlink, OpenAir, Adaptive, Planview) \nLead detailed resource planning, capacity planning, and portfolio prioritization across competing initiatives \nEnsure alignment between SDLC, change management, access controls, and governance frameworks \nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience \n7+ years of project management experience at a professional services firm or 10+ years of industry project management experience with 1+ year at a professional services firm \nProven experience leading multi-workstream programs \nDemonstrated ownership of engagement economics, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance \nExperience leading resource management, including capacity planning and portfolio prioritization \nExperience operating in environments with ambiguity, incomplete requirements, and shifting scope \nStrong understanding of SDLC frameworks and ability to train and enable teams \nAbout 15% of travel to client locations in the U.S. \nPreferred Qualifications\nPgMP or PMP certification \nExperience aligning SDLC, change management, and access controls. \nWorking knowledge of ERP platforms and delivery of ERP or large technology programs \nFamiliarity with COBIT, ITIL, and GAAP concepts \nBenjamin Dzanic, from our recruiting team, will be guiding you through this process.
