For additional information, visit us at www.wipro.com.Job Description\nMust have 1-3 years of experience into Software Asset Management.\nProvide Technical Support for Desktop, Lotus Dominos mail client and MS office products.\nInstallation and troubleshooting of Operating systems (Windows 10)\nAssisting users for any issues in their day-to-day IT operations\nMonitoring the pending tickets and ensure regular updates\nTroubleshooting 1st level Local network related issues\nTroubleshooting 1st level laptop hardware related issues\nMonitor the ticket SLAs and act against the SLA warnings\nTroubleshoot application related issues\nConfigure & update Antivirus software\nResolve all Hardware and Paper Jam Issues with respect to Printers\nCoordinate with Hardware support teams and resolve any hardware failures in the printers\nResolve any issues for the print service due to virus in the network.\nBasic understanding on working of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP\nShould have experience of software Vulnerabilities management & End of life and Blacklisted software management of endpoint devices.\nShould have knowledge of software Installation, Updating and Removal.\nShould have basic knowledge any software license management tool\nShould have basic knowledge of Excel and reporting.\nShould have knowledge of Windows patching and troubleshooting on endpoint devices\n͏\nMandatory Skills: Software Asset Management.Experience: 1-3 Years\n.Reinvent your world.
