They are expected to drive initiatives, mentor others, and contribute strategicalls.\nExperience & Foundation\n5-10+ years of experience in roles centered around infrastructure delivery (application hosting and/or end-user services).\nProven track record of operational process change and improvement, demonstrating leadership in enhancing efficiency and reliability.\nSignificant experience in Cloud Operations/Support and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.\nExperience operating within a Financial Services or other large, complex, and/or global enterprise environment is preferred.\n͏\nTechnical Skills\nCloud Architecture: Extensive hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP, including designing, implementing, and managing complex cloud-native architectures.\nInfrastructure as Code (IaC) Mastery: Proficiency with IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, capable of designing and implementing modular, scalable, and secure IaC solutions.\nAdvanced Scripting & Automation: Strong working knowledge and expertise in scripting (Bash, Python, Go, or similar) for advanced automation, custom tooling, and system integration.\nDeep Systems Understanding: Strong understanding of networking, DNS, IAM, load balancing, and advanced cloud-native services, including troubleshooting and optimization at scale.\nContainer Orchestration Expertise: Expertise in EKS/GKE, including design, deployment, management, and troubleshooting of containerized applications and clusters.\nMonitoring & Observability: Ability to develop projects focused on the design of robust metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities, and the implementation of best practices for system observability.\nLeadership & Mentorship: Ability to lead virtual/in-person teams, mentor junior staff, and drive initiatives.\nPressure Management: Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver projects to demanding deadlines.\nAdvanced Analytics: Highly effective analytic and diagnostic skills, capable of resolving complex technical challenges.\nStrategic Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management.\nInfluence & Collaboration: Ability to collaborate across teams and influence technical decisions to achieve organizational goals.\n͏\n͏\n͏\nMandatory Skills: Cloud AWS Admin.Experience: 5-8 Years\n.Reinvent your world.
