For additional information, visit us at www.wipro.com.Job Description\nMin 7+ years of experience in the IT industry in professional services / solution engineering / consulting with 5+ years of experience primarily in Salesforce / Veeva CRM, Customization, System Integration and deploying solutions.\n\nStrong understanding of Salesforce/Veeva CRMDevelopment and configuration options\n\nExperienced in integrating CRMwith Master data and digital content\n\nExperience in providing the following support services on the Salesforce/Veeva CRMcloud System configuration changes\nOngoing application maintenance\n\nRelease management\n\nImpact assessments\n\nHandling Change Requests\n\nHandling Service Requests\n\nUser administration and maintenance\n\nTroubleshooting of issues\n\nData loads\n\nCreate/updates reports and dashboards in Veeva.\n\nSupporting Level 2 tickets\n\nExperience in SQL and Data warehouse will be helpful\n\nCommunicate and collaborate effectively with technical peers and business users\n\nDaily interact with team and make sure tasks on track, highlights challenges and roadblocks in management calls.\n\n͏\nAreas of Responsibilities\nBusiness process analysis-Analyse client business processes to identify improvement opportunities and change areas, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.\nMarket research & benchmarking-\"Conduct in-depth market analysis and validate benchmarking study and proposed alternate process and functional methodologies.\nPerform cost benefit analysis of proposed strategies to support planning decisions, including identification of any third party products.\"\nOptimization Initiatives-Identify domain-specific process improvement opportunities, evaluate and propose enhancements, to align with defined business objectives and established best practices.\nTechnical Documentation-Prepare drafts of technical documentation for business processes and system configurations by gathering inputs from cross-functional teams to ensure relevant details are accurately captured.\nRevenue Growth-Participate and contribute in designing proposals in alignment with the proposed solutions.\n͏\n͏\n͏\nMandatory Skills: Veeva Life Sciences.Experience: 5-8 Years\n.Reinvent your world.
