For additional information, visit us at www.wipro.com.Job Description\nLooking for a Data Engineer to be based in Horsham:\nKey Duties:\nLead complex data analysis projects that drive strategic decision-making.\nMentor junior data analysts and oversee their projects.\nDevelop, refine, and implement policies and standards for data analysis and handling.\nEngage directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver comprehensive data insights.\nInnovate and implement key performance indicators and new data collection and analysis processes\nCollect and organize data from primary or secondary data sources.\nIndependently analyse and interpret data trends or patterns.\nDevelop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.\nAcquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.\nProvide detailed reports and visualization of data with actionable insights.\nCollaborate with different functional teams to implement or assess business requirements\n\nMust have skills:\nAzure Data Factory and Databricks Expertise: Skilled in building, managing, and optimizing pipelines, workflows, and clusters.\nSQL Proficiency: Advanced skills in writing, troubleshooting, and optimizing queries for performance\nAdvanced use of SQL and proficiency in data modelling.\nExpertise in data visualization and business intelligence software like Tableau and Power BI.\nStrong leadership and project management skills.\nProficient in statistical programming languages like Python and R.\nExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.\n\nMandatory Skills: DataBricks - Data Engineering.Reinvent your world.
