This role partners with business, product, engineering, and architecture teams to develop data-driven solutions that support enterprise strategies while aligning to Humana’s data security, governance, and architecture standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.\nBuild, validate, and deploy statistical, predictive, and machine learning models.\nTranslate business problems into analytical approaches and measurable outcomes.\nPartner with Data Engineers, Application Architects, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to design scalable analytics solutions.\nDevelop experiments, forecasting models, segmentation methods, and decision-support tools.\nCommunicate findings through dashboards, visualizations, presentations, and technical documentation.\nSupport model monitoring, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement.\nEnsure solutions align with enterprise data architecture, reference standards, and approved technology patterns.\nFollow Humana policies for information protection, least-privilege access, secure storage, and confidential data handling.\nContribute to reusable analytics assets, standards, and best practices across teams.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or related field.\nExperience in data science, advanced analytics, or machine learning.\nStrong knowledge of:\nPython and/or R\nSQL\nStatistics and hypothesis testing\nMachine learning methods\nData wrangling and feature engineering\nExperience working with cloud or enterprise analytics platforms.\nAbility to communicate technical results to non-technical stakeholders.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams in a regulated or enterprise environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster’s or PhD in a quantitative field.\nExperience with Databricks, Spark, or large-scale distributed data platforms.\nExperience in healthcare, payer, claims, member, provider, or clinical analytics.\nFamiliarity with MLOps, model governance, and production model deployment.\nExperience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.\nUnderstanding of data architecture, cataloging, and enterprise data standards.\nTechnical Skills\nProgramming: Python, R, SQL\nData Platforms: Databricks, Spark, cloud data platforms\nModeling: regression, classification, clustering, time series, NLP, experimentation\nVisualization: dashboards, storytelling, exploratory analysis\nData Management: data dictionaries, data models, schema awareness, governed datasets\nSoft Skills\nAnalytical thinking\nProblem solving\nStakeholder communication\nCollaboration\nDocumentation discipline\nBusiness acumen\nCompliance and Security Expectations\nHandle data in accordance with Humana information protection and acceptable use requirements.\nUse least-privilege access and approved enterprise tools only.\nProtect confidential and restricted information in analysis, storage, sharing, and reporting.\nFollow approved enterprise architecture, data-sharing, and platform standards.\nMandatory Skills: Agentic AI.Experience: 8-10 Years\n.The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
