For additional information, visit us at www.wipro.com.Job Description\nROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nParticipate in customer discovery to understand users, workflows, pain points, data, systems, constraints and the business outcomes to be improved.\nTranslate business problems into clear hypotheses, measurable success criteria, solution options and the smallest credible production-oriented solution slice.\nApply an understanding of AI architecture and engineering to support solution design, platform selection, integration, testing, evaluation and deployment readiness.\nWork with senior FDEs, product managers, architects and engineers to configure, customize and integrate Wipro AI-native platforms, agents and reusable accelerators.\nContribute hands-on to prototyping, data analysis, workflow design, prompt and context design, documentation, demonstrations and user-feedback cycles.\nHelp ensure solutions are responsible, secure, reliable, observable and cost-aware, with appropriate human oversight, controls and fallback paths.\nDrive work forward with urgency and ownership, proactively resolve issues and operate effectively in fast-moving customer and product environments.\nSupport customer adoption through enablement, workflow improvement and tracking of usage, quality and business-value evidence.\nCapture field insights and convert recurring customer needs into reusable assets, product feedback and roadmap inputs.\nCommunicate complex business and technical ideas clearly through structured discussions, concise documents and executive-ready presentations.\n6 EXPERIENCE & SKILLSET REQUIRED ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED EXPERIENCE\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI or a closely related technical discipline.\nExperience in a startup, product company or zero-to-one product-building environment.\nBusiness, management or related postgraduate degree is preferred following the technical degree.\nAI-native product development experience involving GenAI, LLMs, RAG, agentic systems, intelligent workflows or production AI applications.\n3+ years of relevant experience in product engineering, technology consulting, AI/data solutions, digital products or enterprise technology.\nHands-on exposure to Python, SQL, APIs, cloud platforms, workflow automation, data pipelines, evaluation or observability.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage business, technical and executive stakeholders.\nIndustry or domain knowledge and understanding of business processes, KPIs and operating constraints.\nStrong understanding of AI architecture, software/data engineering, APIs, cloud and the AI solution lifecycle. • Strong academic record from leading or Ivy League colleges.\nBuilder mindset, structured problem solving, high ownership and the ability to solve business problems using technology.\nExperience taking solutions from discovery and prototype through production deployment, adoption and measurable outcomes.\nPassion for AI technology and its possibilities, with a quick and continuous learning orientation.\nUnderstanding of Responsible AI, information security, data privacy, testing and AI economics.\nWillingness and ability to travel for customer engagements, based on business needs.\nMandatory Skills: Croamis.Experience: 5-8 Years\n.The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $148,500 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
