For additional information, visit us at www.wipro.com.Job Description\nGovernance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Application Support Engineer\nRole Purpose\nProvide technical support, administration and operational maintenance for the bank's (Archer) Governance, Risk & Compliance application portfolio, ensuring platform stability, data integrity, regulatory compliance and effective service delivery. The role is responsible for BAU support, incident resolution, problem management, change implementation and stakeholder engagement across GRC and Risk platforms.\nKey Skills\nStrong application support experience across GRC, Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime or regulatory platforms.\nKnowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management.\nExperience supporting platforms such as Archer, ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, MetricStream, SAS, Moody's, LexisNexis, FircoSoft or similar Risk & Compliance solutions.\nStrong SQL skills with the ability to investigate data issues, perform analysis and support reconciliations.\nExperience supporting APIs, batch processing, integrations and interface monitoring.\nUnderstanding of application logs, troubleshooting techniques and root cause analysis.\nFamiliarity with Linux, Windows and cloud-hosted application environments.\nKnowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics or Azure Monitor.\nStrong stakeholder communication and vendor management skills.\nWorking knowledge of banking regulatory, compliance and operational risk environments.\n͏\nExperience Profile\n5-10 years of application support experience within banking or financial services.\nProven experience supporting business-critical Risk, Compliance, GRC, Financial Crime or Fraud platforms.\nExperience managing production incidents and participating in major incident bridges.\nStrong understanding of service management and support governance.\nExperience working with third-party vendors and managing support escalations.\nExposure to cloud, on-premise and hybrid technology environments.\nExperience supporting audits, regulatory reviews and control assessments.\nDemonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot, resolve issues and drive service improvements.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide L2/L3 support for GRC and Risk applications.\nInvestigate and resolve incidents, service requests and data-related issues within agreed SLAs.\nPerform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.\nExecute application deployments, configuration changes and releases.\nMonitor application health, integrations, interfaces and batch processing.\nSupport regulatory reporting, audit requests and compliance activities.\nCollaborate with business, technology and vendor teams to resolve complex issues.\nMaintain support documentation, knowledge articles and operational procedures.\nIdentify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency improvements.\nPreferred Certifications\nITIL certified\nMicrosoft Azure Fundamentals (or equivalent cloud certification)\nSQL Certification (desirable)\nRSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC or vendor-specific certifications (desirable)\nMandatory Skills: Archer.Experience: 5-8 Years\n.Reinvent your world.
