In this role, you will initially focus on leading and executing comprehensive testing, QA automation, and validation frameworks for our enterprise SailPoint ecosystems.\nThis is not a traditional manual testing role. We need an engineer at heart who will design advanced automation scripts, troubleshoot complex code, and build robust testing infrastructure. This position is explicitly structured as a fast-track growth path. As you master our environment through the lens of quality engineering, you will transition into a long-term role as a SailPoint ISC SME or Enterprise IAM Architect.\nKey Responsibilities\nPhase 1: Testing & Quality Engineering (Current Focus)\n End-to-End IAM Validation: Design, implement, and execute rigorous test strategies for identity lifecycles (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), automated provisioning, birthright access, and segregation of duties (SoD) policies.\n Automation Engineering: Build, maintain, and scale automated testing frameworks (e.g., using Selenium, Cucumber, or JUnit/TestNG) specifically tailored for SailPoint IIQ custom workflows and ISC configurations.\nCode & Configuration Auditing: Dive heavy into engineering activities by analyzing Java/Bean Shell scripts, rule configurations, and XML files within IIQ to pinpoint root causes of implementation defects.\nAPI & Integration Testing: Validate REST/SOAP APIs, SCIM connectors, and complex directory/database integrations between SailPoint ISC and target applications.\nRegression & Upgrade Management: Lead UAT and technical regression testing during SailPoint IIQ-to-ISC migration phases and platform upgrade cycles.\nRequired Qualifications & Technical Skills\nSailPoint Expertise: Proven hands-on experience working directly with both SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platforms.\nEngineering Background: Strong programming skills in Java and experience with Bean Shell scripting, XML, and SQL database queries.\n Testing Tooling: Extensive experience with automated testing tools and framework development (e.g., Postman for API testing, Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline integration, Git for version control).\nIAM Core Knowledge: Deep understanding of identity governance concepts, including lifecycle states, access certification campaigns, workflow customization, and application onboarding.\n Data Protocols: Familiarity with modern authentication and directory standards (Active Directory, LDAP, OAuth, SAML, OIDC, SCIM).\n͏\nDo\n1.
