For additional information, visit us at www.wipro.com.Job Description\nRole Purpose\nThe purpose of this role is to resolve high-priority incidents through advanced troubleshooting, ensure SLA compliance, analyse system performance trends, and create mitigation measures by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.\n͏\nAreas of responsibility\nTriaging and resolution of tickets-Provide resolution to high priority incident (P2) tickets, performing advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to ensure timely closure.\nSLA Monitoring-Ensure SLA compliance for assigned technology areas and ensure proactive escalation management.\nPerformance tuning and optimization-Analyse system performance data, coordinate findings on system behaviour, and support capacity planning initiatives to enhance overall system efficiency.\nPerform system Improvements-Create mitigation measures to evaluate new tools or improvements by collaborating with technical teams.\nHandling disaster recovery-Perform security assessments and recovery drills, and implement necessary controls to ensure compliance with established security standards.\nReporting and stakeholder engagement-Participate in weekly and monthly service review meetings, provide updates on performance and issues, and support stakeholder communication to ensure transparency and service alignment.\nTeam Management-Collaborate with team members to resolve open tickets and service requests.\nKnowledge base and continuous learning  Contribute to updating SOPs, knowledge articles and maintaining the knowledge repository for the purpose of future ticket resolution.\n͏\n͏\n͏\nLinux Engineer L3\nMust have 7-10 years of experience. \nHands on Experience in Data Centre infrastructure\nDC Operations and Management\nServers, Storages & Backup Solutions\n\nGood Working experience on Red Hat Enterprise Linux\nIn depth understanding of Linux Kernel\nHands on Experience in Managing large scale VMware Infrastructure\nGood Analytical and problem-solving skills\nGood knowledge about system and application monitoring tools, Automation Tools\nExperience in any Remote Management Tools for Software upgrades and Patch Management\nExperience in backup software & Integration\nKnowledge in any VDI solution- Citrix/ VMware Horizon and VMware workspace\nCapacity planning for all DC components\nParticipate in calls and ownerships of RCA\nCertified in Rhel / VMWare /Windows\nBasic understanding on Windows Servers and related Enterprise class technologies\nKnowledge of Windows, DNS, Active Directory and group Polices & & Patch Management\nRoles & Responsibilities\nExcellent communication skills\nFollow Systems policies and procedures\nMaintain daily checklist and task for the team\nCapable to handle multiple technologies together\nGood learning skills\nCoordinates with vendors for break fix and RCA\nEnable & implement new security polices\nParticipation for new technology evaluation and coordinating with vendors for POCs.\nMandatory Skills: Linux Admin.Experience: 5-8 Years\n.Reinvent your world.
