For additional information, visit us at www.wipro.com.M365 Copilot Tech Lead\nJob Description\n8+ years of overall experience in enterprise technology, support operations, service management, or digital transformation.\n3+ years of experience in AI, Generative AI, Copilot, Agentic AI, or intelligent automation solutions.\nExperience conducting assessments, operational reviews, and maturity assessments.\nExperience developing recommendations, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans.\nExperience designing and implementing AI-powered support solutions within enterprise environments.\nExperience working with knowledge management platforms, enterprise search technologies, and support tooling ecosystems.\nExperience defining future-state operating models, governance frameworks, and service management practices.Key Responsibilities\n\nAssessment & Discovery\nAssess Production Support organizations end-to-end.\nEvaluate current-state support processes, governance, reporting, knowledge management, and team capability.\nIdentify gaps, risks, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.\nConduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.\nAI Opportunity Identification\nIdentify and prioritize AI use cases across support operations.\nEvaluate feasibility, business value, implementation complexity, and expected outcomes.\nTranslate assessment findings into practical AI-enabled recommendations.\nSolution Architecture & Design\nDesign AI-assisted support operating models.\nDefine AI-enabled future-state processes and governance models.\nDesign intelligent support capabilities utilizing Copilot, AI agents, and enterprise knowledge assets.\nAI Implementation\nImplement Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions.\nBuild AI agents and copilots integrated with enterprise systems and operational data.\nDevelop RAG-powered knowledge retrieval solutions.\nImplement intelligent triage, categorization, routing, and recommendation capabilities.\nKnowledge & Automation Enablement\nDevelop AI-driven knowledge search and retrieval capabilities.\nAutomate support communications, RCA documentation, knowledge article creation, and handover generation.\nEnable operational reporting, analytics, and AI-powered insights.\nTransformation & Governance\nDefine AI adoption and implementation roadmaps.\nEstablish governance frameworks and success measures.\nSupport deployment, adoption, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nDefine KPIs, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and measurement approaches.\n͏\nAreas of responsibility\nGathering of requirements-Participate in gathering requirements for specific modules and ensure clear, structured documentation.
