For additional information, visit us at www.wipro.com.Job Description\n\nRole & Responsibilities\n\nLead end-to-end architecture and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center solutions\nConduct requirement discovery and design workshops focused on contact center journeys\nDesign voice, IVR, and omnichannel routing architectures aligned to business needs\nDefine high-level and low-level architecture covering telephony, bots, integrations, security, and data flows\nArchitect IVR call flows, intelligent routing, queue strategies, and agent experience\nLead integration with telephony providers, bots (Copilot / Power Virtual Agents), and third-party systems\nGovern configuration, deployment, release planning, and environment strategy\nEnsure solution quality across build, test, UAT, and production readiness\nOwn architecture documentation, HLD/LLD, design decisions, and implementation runbooks\nSupport controlled handover to operations and support teams\n\n͏\n\nSkills\n\nMust have\n\nNice to Have\n\nTechnical Skills (Core & Top-Up)\n\nStrong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center\nDeep understanding of contact center operations (IVR, queues, routing, SLAs)\nExperience designing voice and digital customer journeys\nKnowledge of telephony fundamentals (call routing, IVR behavior, SIP concepts)\nExperience with bots, automation, and AI-assisted contact center workflows\nStrong documentation and solution governance capabilities\n\nExperience with enterprise CCaaS transformations\nExposure to AI/NLP use cases in contact centers\nExperience with multi-region or global contact center deployments\nFamiliarity with DevOps / CI-CD concepts for platform deployments\n\n͏\n\nProcess & Tools\n\nExperience across the full lifecycle: design, build, test, UAT, deploy\nFamiliarity with release management and change governance\nAbility to coordinate across architects, developers, QA, and operations teams\nContribution to solution standards and reusable assets\n\nVendor coordination during implementation and integration phases\n\nBehavioral Skill\n\nStrong ownership and accountability mindset\nClear and confident communication with senior stakeholders\nStructured, solution-oriented approach\nAbility to mentor technical teams and lead complex discussions\nComfortable working in global, multi-stakeholder environments\n\nExperience of handling global customers\n\nMandatory Skills: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CC Admin.Experience: 8-10 Years\n.Reinvent your world.
