For additional information, visit us at www.wipro.com.Job Description\nRole Purpose\nThe purpose of this role is to design solution architecture for cross-system interactions and business logic integration, ensuring seamless interoperability across multiple applications.\n͏\nTitle:Moogsoft AIOps Engineer\nTotal years of experience: 7years to 17years of experience\nLocation:Anywhere in India\nPlatform Management:\nDeploy, configure, and maintain Moogsoft AIOps (On-prem / Moogsoft Cloud)\nCustomize event ingestion, normalization, and enrichment pipelines\nConfigure alert correlation, clustering, and noise reduction policies\nPerform Moogsoft upgrades, patches, and performance tuning\nIntegrate Moogsoft with monitoring tools such as:\nSplunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Nagios, etc.\nWork with REST APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines\nImplement automation using:\nPython / Shell scripting\nITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira, etc.)\nBuild event workflows for incident creation and auto-remediation\nEvent & Incident Management\nConfigure:\nAlerts → Situations → Incidents lifecycle\nDesign correlation rules, similarity algorithms, and noise suppression\nMonitor real-time events and improve MTTR (Mean Time to Resolution)\nCreate dashboards and reports for operational insights\nData & AI Operations\nTune AI algorithms for better event deduplication and clustering\nAnalyze historical data to improve:\nAlert quality\nIncident prediction\nWork with data sources like:\nLogs, metrics, traces\nStrong experience with:\nMoogsoft AIOps (v9 / Cloud preferred)\nKnowledge of:\nLinux/Unix systems\nJSON, REST APIs\nSQL / NoSQL databases\nScripting:\nPython, Shell, or JavaScript\nMonitoring tools integration experience\nAIOps / Monitoring Knowledge\nUnderstanding of:\nEvent correlation\nAlert noise reduction\nRoot cause analysis (RCA)\nand strong knowledge of ITIL processes\n͏\n͏\n͏\nMandatory Skills: Moogsoft AIOps.Experience: 8-10 Years\n.Reinvent your world.
