The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining network stability, performing troubleshooting, implementing network changes, executing IOS upgrades, supporting equipment refresh initiatives, and participating in network transformation projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, operational discipline, and the ability to provide rotational on-call support.\n͏\nKey Responsibilities\nService Assurance\nMonitor, analyze, and troubleshoot network incidents across LAN, WAN, VPN, Wireless, and Data Center environments.\nPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.\nManage and resolve P1/P2 incidents within defined SLA targets.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, service providers, and vendors to restore services quickly.\nSupport network performance monitoring and capacity management activities.\nNetwork Delivery\nExecute network implementation projects, including new deployments, upgrades, and migrations.\nPerform Cisco IOS upgrades and software maintenance activities.\nLead equipment refresh and lifecycle management programs.\nConfigure and deploy routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, and related network infrastructure.\nParticipate in network design reviews, testing, and production implementations.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, MOPs, and implementation guides.\nChange & Operations\nParticipate in change management processes and CAB activities.\nEnsure all network changes are executed following established operational procedures and compliance standards.\nSupport disaster recovery testing and business continuity activities.\nMaintain accurate network inventory, configurations, and asset records.\n͏\nRequired Technical Skills\nAdvanced knowledge of Cisco Routing and Switching technologies.\nStrong troubleshooting experience with:\nBGP\nOSPF\nEIGRP\nMPLS\nVPN Technologies (IPSec, DMVPN, SSL VPN)\nTCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT\nVLANs and Layer 2/Layer 3 technologies\nExperience with network monitoring and management tools.\nFamiliarity with network security concepts and firewall technologies.\nQualifications\nCCNP Certification preferred.\nEquivalent enterprise-level networking experience may be considered in lieu of certification.\nExperience working in large enterprise or managed network environments.\nAdditional Requirements\nMust be willing to participate in a rotational on-call support schedule.\nAbility to support maintenance windows during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nProven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nMandatory Skills: Order Management(Comms).Experience: 5-8 Years\n.The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
