Palantir AIP competency.\nDefine best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets for Palantir AIP implementations.\nDesign and develop enterprise AI solutions using Palantir Foundry, AIP, and Agent Studio.\nBuild accelerators, reference architectures, and reusable components for Agentic AI use cases.\nSupport solutioning, proposals, RFP responses, and client discussions involving Palantir technologies.\nDevelop PoCs, demos, and industry-specific AI showcases on Palantir AIP.\nConduct technical trainings, bootcamps, workshops, and certification enablement programs.\nMentor engineers and project teams on Palantir Foundry, Ontology, AIP Logic, and Agent Studio.\nCollaborate with Palantir teams to align competency-building initiatives, trainings, and certifications.\nDefine standards for AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI adoption.\nEstablish implementation patterns for RAG, AI agents, digital twins, and enterprise automation.\nDrive innovation through evaluation of emerging GenAI, Agentic AI, and LLM capabilities within AIP.\nSupport project delivery teams with architecture reviews, troubleshooting, and optimisation recommendations.\nContribute to GTM assets, thought leadership content, whitepapers, and solution collateral.\nBuild competency KPIs including certifications, trained resources, accelerators, and solution assets.\n\nRequirements: \n12+ years of experience in Data, AI/ML, or GenAI solution development.\nStrong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and Palantir AIP.\nExpertise in Ontology, Pipeline Builder, Workshop, AIP Logic, Agent Studio, and Operational Applications.\nExperience designing and implementing Agentic AI solutions and multi-agent systems.\nHands-on experience building RAG solutions, enterprise search, and knowledge assistants.\nStrong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data engineering concepts.\nExperience with Snowflake and integrating enterprise data platforms with Palantir.\nUnderstanding of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and retrieval architectures.\nExperience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and operational workflows.\nStrong knowledge of AI governance, security, model evaluation, and production deployment.\nExperience creating technical assets, reusable frameworks, and implementation accelerators.\nExcellent stakeholder management, consulting, and solution architecture skills.\nAbility to translate business challenges into scalable AI-powered solutions.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nPalantir Foundry and AIP certifications.\nKnowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, MCP, and modern Agentic AI frameworks.\nExperience conducting technical enablement, mentoring, and capability-building
