Will be measured on order booking and revenue of the SAP consulting/ services business\nProactively engage in consultative selling, ability to convert business challenges into IT enablement solutions especially with a Hunting mindset to acquire new clients in this space\nFormulating solutions to meet the unique business needs of clients and effectively position the same\nAbility to manage CXO level relationship, strong business acumen and customer relationship management skills\nWork effectively with offshore based pre-sales team in shaping the value proposition, consulting, RFP/RFI responses, solutions and presentations \nLead generation working with alliances, marketing, analysts and through professional network\nCommunicating best practices to the client and acting as a trusted advisor\nThe candidate will need to have:\nA minimum of 10 years’ experience in the consulting or professional services industry around the SAP applications and technology platforms. Exposure to the latest SAP suite of products - S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Applications, LOB solutions like Successfactors and Ariba.
