We influence all third-party spend across Wipro and ensure optimum pricing, benefits, and timely delivery of goods and services from suppliers. We collaborate with teams across our Global Business Lines (GBL), Strategic Market Units (SMU), and Corporate Functions to provide competitive and strategic supplier solutions\nWe influence the business to help enable revenue growth and improve operating margins and cash flows. Attract and engage top talent while growing our procurement team’s skillset, consistent with their career aspirations and the needs of the business.\nRoles and Requirement:\nAct as a Trusted Business Partner to the internal Business stakeholders. \nYou would be responsible for supporting business in negotiating best overall value for the organization with the vendors / OEMs.\nDrive global/regional supply strategies for Wipro Customer business across all the Geographies -- Purchasing & Contracting of IT Products & Services , knowledge of software licenses procurement , Manpower & data centre Services.\nKnowledge about INCO Terms, taxes & International labor laws and regulations including minimum wages.\nnvolvement in activities like RFP/RFQ, offer receipt, Evaluation of Vendor Packages, Techno-commercial evaluation, Benchmarking, Negotiation, Finalization of order, contracting strategy, release purchase order/work order etc.\nLeverage the spend and deliver annual savings through negotiations and innovative supply strategies\nEmpanel best in class suppliers in services procurement area and help them to grow their business with Wipro\nNegotiate contracts and ensure Wipro’s interest are protected in the market place\nDevelop & analyze various options and present alternative solutions to sourcing needs.\nResponsible for supplier relationship & performance management, Partner with the business leadership & clients to enable short and long term strategies\nEnsure all the strategies and subsequent procurement are done in accordance with the procurement policy\nAbility to learn new technologies and able to do change management effectively\nConduct RFPs to determine the right supplier and ensure the best overall value is obtained for the company\nStakeholder expectation management\nCross functional collaboration with finance and other functions\nKey Performance Indicators:\nStrong negotiation skills\nProcurement and Sourcing exposure\nContract Management\nSupplier Management\nStakeholder Management\nDesired Skills:\nStrong Communication Skills\nCollaborative with cross functional teams\nNegotiation skills\nLogical and good analytical skills\nAcumen to learn process and systems\nLocation - Bangalore / WFO - 3 days a week\nReinvent your world.
